Do I have to register to purchase on kiton.com?

No, to make purchases on kiton.com you do not need to register on our site. We do, however, recommend creating a personal account to access exclusive services and simplify your shopping experience, including the return process.

What benefits will I get by registering?

Register on kiton.com and visit “Your Page” where you can create a personal wardrobe with your favorite Kiton pieces and view a summary of all your orders.

I can’t access my page

If you can’t access “Your Page,” please ensure that the information entered matches your registration details. If your account is locked, please contact Customer Service and request immediate activation.

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by clicking the “Recover your password” button on the login screen and entering your email address. You will receive a link that allows you to create a new password and regain access to your personal account.

How do I sign up for the Newsletter?

Sign up for the Kiton newsletter by filling out the form at the bottom of the homepage. Alternatively, you can sign up directly when registering on “Your Page".

How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the most recent email you received. Alternatively, log in to your personal account and update your preferences in the “Information” section of “Your Page".

What taxes apply to my order?

Taxes are applied to your order based on the regulations of the country to which it will be shipped. You can check the taxes applied to your order during checkout, in the dedicated section, or in the order confirmation email.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue an invoice. For more information, please contact us.

Where are Kiton products made?

All Kiton garments, accessories, and gift items are made exclusively in Italy to guarantee the highest possible quality through meticulous supervision of every step in the production process.

How can I verify the authenticity of my purchase?

The authenticity of all items, accessories, and products purchased in our boutiques or in our online store is guaranteed. If you have purchased a Kiton product elsewhere and would like to verify its authenticity, please contact us. We will be happy to help you.

How do I check the status of my order?

Go to your account and click on the order you’re interested in to access all the information you need.

Can I request information about a product that is no longer available?

You can contact our Customer Service team for more information on availability, either online or in one of our boutiques.

How do I search for an item on the website?

Search for your preferred Kiton item, accessory, or gift by typing its name directly into the search field. Alternatively, browse through the categories in the menu and let yourself be inspired by our exclusive catalog.

Where can I find technical information about individual products?

Open the page of the Kiton item, accessory, or gift you’re interested in. There, you’ll find a technical sheet with detailed information about fabric composition, as well as care instructions for the product.

Can I add products once my order is complete?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to an existing order. You will need to place a new order.

Can I request gift wrapping?

Yes, before completing your order you will be able to select the option to request gift wrapping.

Is it safe to buy items on kiton.com?

Yes, shopping on kiton.com is completely safe. Online transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted server.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

In the purchase confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number. You can enter it in the shipment tracking section on the courier’s website.

Can I buy a product and send it as a gift?

Yes, you can select this option before confirming your order. We will send your product in a Kiton gift box.

Can I pick up my order in a boutique?

Of course. To do so, select “pick up in boutique” as the delivery option. A list of Kiton boutiques will appear for you to choose from, so you can pick the most convenient option.

How will I know when my purchase has arrived at the boutique?

If you’ve selected in-store pick-up, you will receive an email notification as soon as your order is available at the boutique you selected.

What will I need to pick up my purchase in the boutique?

Please bring an identity document (such as a driver’s license or passport) and the purchase confirmation email. If you wish to authorize someone else to pick up your order, please remember that they will need to present a valid identity document.

Will I pay additional fees at checkout?

No, there are no additional fees. The price shown at checkout is the final amount to be paid.

I need to make a return. How does it work?

To make a return, you must first fill out the appropriate form. You can find all the information here: Return Process.

How long do I have to return a product?

You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it at your home. We invite you to consult the dedicated section on the Return Process page.

Can I return a product I received as a gift?

Yes, but the person who ordered your gift will need to handle the return, and they will have up to 30 days from the date you received it. How do I return a product? You can find all the information here: Return Process.

I’d like to exchange a product. Is that possible?

You can exchange your Kiton product within 30 days of receiving it by requesting a different size or color. For more information, please refer to the dedicated section on the Return Process page.

Can I return two different orders in a single shipment?

Unfortunately, you cannot return two different orders in a single return shipment. You will need to submit a return request for each order you have placed.

Can I return the item using a courier other than the one that delivered the order?

Yes, you can choose a courier other than the one we recommend. In this case, we are not responsible for any damage to the products during return shipment, loss of the package, or shipping costs.

How do I track my return shipment?

Click on the courier tracking number provided in the “Shipment Tracking” email. You will be able to track all the steps, from departure to delivery.

How do I check the status of my return?

You can check the status of your return in the “Orders” section of your account.

How long will it take to receive my refund after returning an item?

Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used for the order. Typically, the process is completed within 14 days from when we receive the returned products at our warehouse.

I have completed the Return Process, but I’ve changed my mind and would like to keep the order. What should I do?

Contact Customer Care to inform us of your decision, and we will cancel your return request.

Can I ship the return from a country other than the one in which the order was placed?

Unfortunately not. The courier can only pick up the return in the same country where your order was delivered.

If I make a return, do I need to send back the gifts I received with the order?

If you make a return, you do not need to send back the gift items you received with the order.

Can I return my purchase to a boutique?

You can return your purchase at the following boutiques: Milan, Rome, Vienna, Paris, Munich, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg. You can find the address and all the details in the list of our European boutiques.

How do I return my purchase to a boutique?

Fill out the Return Process form. Once completed, contact the boutique that is most convenient for you to finalize the return.

If I make a return, what documents do I need to bring to the boutique?

Can I return a perfume purchased on kiton.com?

Unfortunately, perfumes are classified as hazardous materials and cannot be returned. Please contact our Customer Service, and we will do our best to assist you.

What payment methods are available?

To make purchases on kiton.com, you can choose from the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB); debit card (Cartasi); UnionPay; and Scalapay.

When will I be charged for my order?

Depending on the payment method you selected, the amount will be charged once the order is accepted. You will receive an email confirming that the amount has been charged.

My credit card was declined during the purchase. What should I do?

We can ship your order to all countries in the European Union, and the USA.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, your Kiton items are insured against theft and damage during transport from our warehouse to the delivery address. If the package is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you accept the shipment “subject to confirmation” before signing.

Do I need to sign upon delivery?

Yes, all orders placed on kiton.com require the signature of the customer, or an authorized adult, upon delivery.

What should I do if the package is damaged upon receipt?

We suggest you accept the shipment while specifying any damage you have found. Then, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
